I am Tracey Osborne Miller

I wish I had a nickname. I’ve tried to give myself a few, but they didn’t stick and people thought it was weird.

When I was trying to get pregnant at 40, I started learning about my body and it has been revolutionary and evolutionary. It led my on a journey to becoming a holistic health coach, yoga teacher, and leading retreats, my passion.

I’m now 62, and, was, time flies when you’re having fun.

Changing my diet and tuning into my body changed everything.

I did everything I could to raise a healthy daughter by being a healthy mom.

When 60 was approaching, I kinda looked at like it was something on my to do list. I got this. No problem. I don’t feel 60.

But then, I realized, I didn’t want to approach it the same way I approached my 30s, 40s or even 50s. I’ve heard to often of people lying on their death bed with regrets.

So, I see 60 as an adventure and I’m blessed to take it since I made it this far.

But, I won’t do it blindly. I am letting all the shit go that held me back from and embracing all the adventures ahead.

I feel most alive and aligned hosting retreats and helping women find parts of themselves that they didn’t even know existed. We’re all figuring out this human condition together. Let’s do it in community. Let’s do it with audacious creativity. And, yes, I believe when we make ourselves better humans, we make humanity just a little better too.

But it takes work. It takes practice. It takes intention.

I like to take women to places they’ve never gone before, within themselves and outside in nature.

Because getting out of our comfort zone is the only way we expand and evolve.

Let’s keep growing…
