An adventure of a lifetime.
Join our retreat in partnership with Winding Waters River Expeditions

August 28 - September 1, 2023

This adventurous retreat is for women 50+ who are looking for some adventure, alignment, and action.

Join us for a five-day journey down the Salmon River in Idaho (near the border of Oregon), one of the most crystal-clear pristine watersheds in the country. Immerse yourself in nature to feel calm, connected, and invigorated about life.

Wake each morning to yoga and meditation on the river with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee as the sun begins to creep down the canyon rim to grace the river with warmth. Spend your nights gazing at the stars. Join us in daily meditation, yoga, and circles to clear your mind and be more present. See our video below from our last rafting trip.

The Salmon River is one of the most beautiful remote rivers in the country and winds its way through 85 miles of remote wilderness.

• Challenge yourself and find your flow.

• Explore the natural world and your inner world.

• Do daily yoga, meditation and journaling.

No rafting experience is required for this trip. It is led by professional guides who know the river and they have taken many novices. Each day you can choose to ride along as a passenger in a raft, paddle in a raft, or jump in a kayak or paddle board.

Surrender. Flow. Be present. Disconnect from the outside world so you can connect to you.
