Join us for some inner and outer exploration.
March 7-9, 2025 AMC Highland Center, Crawford Notch, NH
Immerse yourself in nature, support your body through nourishing food, connect with other women and come out feeling clearer and more committed to your self-care.
In a world where it sometimes feels hard to catch your breath, it’s not just nice, it’s essential to take a step back so you can see the world within you. The world you most want to create. The life you most want to live. The life you’re hungry for.
Nourish yourself with a retreat in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire to reflect and bring you back home to yourself. You’ll do it through nature, self-contemplation, and honest and compassionate self-inquiry to help you honor the life you’re living, while creating the one you most yearn for.
Who is this for? This weekend retreat is for women 45+ who are looking for adventure, camaraderie and time for self-reflection to challenge old habits, stories and beliefs and create new ones.
This is for you if you are ready to pay attention to yourself, take off the armor and the filters to bravely look beyond the sea of conditioning that keeps you from living a whole-hearted life.
Come to create a new narrative for yourself to honor your wholeness and uniqueness. We welcome women 45+ who are ready for some inner exploration and outdoor adventures to ignite more passion and purpose in your life. All levels are welcome and all activities are optional.
We invite you to gather with us at the AMC Highland Lodge in Crawford Notch nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire for some inner and outer exploration to help you decompress, destress and connect with nature.

Tracey Miller & Susan McNamara
Tracey Miller…
Tracey believes that our health is our launching pad for life. When we feel better in our body, we do better in our life. Whether it’s our creativity, our relationships, our energy, or our sense of feeling at peace, it all works better because of how we take care of our bodies.
She guides women on a journey to help them cultivate more self-awareness to feel the real sense of freedom that comes with honoring ourselves whether it be through what eat, our self-talk or our connection with others.
Tracey is the founder of the Women’s Wellness Exchange, a community and resource hub for women wellness practitioners. She is also a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. She is trained in the areas of mindfulness based self-compassion and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She is the author of THIS IS ME: Inquiries, Ideas & Exercises for Living Your Healthiest Life.
Susan McNamara…
One of Susan’s greatest passions it is to be with women seeking to know themselves more deeply, while learning to care for themselves with more attention. Through her own decades-long personal journey of health, well-being and self-knowledge, she has come to a powerful conclusion: Our lives are precious and we all deserve better. The only way that each of us comes to that deep inner knowing and understanding is by choosing to learn how to recognize and honor our most basic human needs, right alongside connecting to the Truth of who and what we are.
She is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Shamanic Practitioner. She is also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She offers women’s retreats, sacred dance and yoga at her farm in Western Massachusetts. www.rememberingwhatmattersmost.com
