There is no one who cares more about or who knows more about your body than you do. Our super busy lifestyles don't make it easy for us to feed ourselves well, get enough sleep, and move our bodies in ways that nourish and strengthen our bodies.  Ironically in a world where things get more and more convenient, we seem to have less and less time for self care.
