This Is Me Workshops
Women’s Circles for Community & Real Conversations

Our crazy, busy lifestyles don't make it easy for us to feed ourselves well, get enough sleep, and move our bodies in ways that nourish and nurture us. Ironically in a world where things get more and more convenient, we seem to have less and less time for taking care of ourselves. But, our self-care is sacred. It is aligned with all the little things we do all day long and the choices we make. As women many times we put others first thinking this is how we best serve. But loving our bodies and ourselves helps us be better mothers, wives, co-workers, and friends.

THIS IS ME workshops bring women together to talk about the foundations of self-care and to create their own strategy for what makes them feel clear, confident and amazing. Each gathering includes journaling, meditation, and group discussion.

All participants will receive a copy of the self-care journal for women: This Is Me: Inquiries, Exercises and Ideas for Discovering Your Healthiest Life.

These gatherings are empowering, enlightening and engaging because we are stronger together when we share real stories, real struggles, and real opportunities for realizing our ultimate and awesome self-care.

Intentional Health: Self-Care Strategies from the Inside Out

It’s easy to run on autopilot without intention or clarity of what fuels you and makes you feel good physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our self-care can get stuck in a holding pattern if we’re not tuning in with our body and mind. 

Tracey will help you understand how to practice yoga off the mat as you create rituals and routines that support you each day. She will cover the three basic qualities of nature, or gunas, to help you be more intentional and committed to your daily activities and to gauge how you feel and what drives your choices. She will use yoga philosophy as “tools for transformation” including positive behaviors (Niyamas) and negative behaviors (Yamas) and how they can help you be more in tune with your body and mind.

This retreat will provide a day of personal exploration and reflection, group discussion, journaling, healthy eating and yoga practices including stretching, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Tracey will cultivate an environment in which you can connect to your Self to become more aware and intentional about your self-care.
